Duggan Morris Architects has been announced as the winner in an open international competition to design a canoe and kayak shelter in Sefton, Liverpool. The scheme is intended to track a significant programme of regeneration along the Leeds-Liverpool canal, acting as a catalyst for regeneration and renewal.
