Works have completed for Phase 1 of a project to refurbish two existing conjoined office buildings for developer Derwent London. This phase sees the completion of works to a 1930's built red brick warehouse building of over 12,000sqft, located in the heart of Fitzrovia and set within a mews. Phase 2 is due for completion in late October 2010.
