DMA has submitted a planning application for a commercial property on Curtain Road, Shoreditch.The building mediates between two differing facade typologies within direct adjacency introducing a non hierarchical grid of window and wall using precast portals and masonry in monochromatic tones. The project proposes over 19,000sqft of contemporary office space into this prime location. The application is due for determination towards the end of 2010 with an expected construction start date of spring 2011.
