Works for Fitzroy Phase 2, for Derwent London, have reached completion. The project creates over 20,000 sqft of contemporary office space in the heart of London's Fitzrovia.

The project contains bespoke signage, wayfinding and lighting all designed by Duggan Morris Architects.

A major feature of the project was the forming of new punctured openings into the ground floor slab connecting the lower levels to the street.
