Duggan Morris Architects are currently engaged in the detailed design of two new mixed used buildings located in De Beauvoir Crescent, Hackney, sharing a key vantage point along the Regent’s Canal. The scheme will provide over 76 residential units accommodating private, shared and affordable housing. In detail, the buildings are seen as fraternal, sharing a single palette but developed to express internal typologies and structural idiosyncrasies. Works have commenced on site, and piling is well underway, with an expected completion in late 2012.
