Awards - RIBA 2011

Duggan Morris Architects projects at 3A Hampstead Lane and 1 Maple Place/12 Fitzroy Street both received coveted RIBA Awards, at a ceremony at the V&A on 19th May 2011.

3A Hampstead Lane is a renovation of a 1950's Brutalist building for an Architect client in Highgate Village, whilst the project at 1 Maple Place/12 Fitzroy Street is a sensitive refurbishment of two conjoined office buildings for Developer Derwent London.

3A Hampstead Lane was also shortlisted for the RIBA London & English Heritage Award for Sustaining the Historic Environment. Our client Derwent London received a special commendation for RIBA London & Design for London Client of the Year Award.

Winning projects are selected for design excellence, regardless of size and style. Collectively, the chosen projects set a precedent for architecture across the country. Visit the RIBA website for more information.
