Duggan Morris Architects have been selected by Derwent London to progress proposals to create over 100,000 sqft of office space for a prominent site in central London. The scheme will involve the substantial remodelling and extension of an existing 1950's built concrete frame building, and is one of a number of key sites being developed by Derwent London in the heart of Fitzrovia.
