Duggan Morris Architects have been commissed in conjunction with a team of architectural practices to develop proposals for a disused industrial site in Hayes. The site was originally the home for the EMI Manufacturing business. A number of existing buildings remain dating back to the 1900s. Duggan Morris Architects are focusing on 2 key buildings on the site which are focused on the creative arts and music industry.
