2018 kicks off to a great start with multiple schemes achieving planning.

We continue to build upon our past housing experience but seek to constantly improve through our dedicated ‘in house’ housing research group. We are pleased that 2018 has kicked off to a good start with multiple housing schemes achieving planning.

This year so far has seen the approval of 3 large schemes for the practice; Guildford Plaza in January; a 100 bed extra care apartment and community facility led scheme in Guildford for client Pegasus Life.

February saw the consent of Albany Riverside; a joint venture between London Green and Topland Group for 193 new homes and a commercial unit on the Brentford riverside.

And March was the month that Bernard Works, Tottenham, was granted approval; the scheme seeks to create a new architectural typology which combines over 25,000 sqft of affordable commercial spaces for creative makers, 12 affordable rented accommodation units tethered to the commercial workspaces and 87 market housing units to create a new creative quarter for London.
